Drawing Service

We are able to offer a free planning service which includes:

• Working with you to design your extension to your requirements
• Producing professional drawings
• Submitting your design for planning permission on your behalf and following its progress through the planning stage with your local council

This has the advantage of keeping your costs down (no architect) and enables us, your builders, to be aware of all important aspects of your building from beginning to end. Additionally, as any building work can be carried out using a Building Notice, the customer has the advantage of not having to produce drawings for Building Regulations approval.
