Gnosall, Staffordshire

This is our most recent new build - a four-bedroom home on a quiet village cul-de-sac.

We commissioned the design and took the project through planning ourselves, thereby keeping the architect's fees down!  Finished to a very high standard,  the design is both different and interesting - a galleried landing looks over a large entrance hall and the rest of the house provides a light and airy living space.  We used the latest technology in underfloor heating and automatic rooflight windows that close themselves when it rains!
