This bungalow extension provided an integral garage and large kitchen leading into a conservatory. The buildwork for this project was carried out on a building notice – saving the client a considerable amount in fees as no building reg drawings are required. Any building work can be carried out using this method as long as a reputable builder is used who knows and understands current building regulation standards.
